Ordering

You can place an order through our website or mobile app. Simply browse our menu, select the meal kits you'd like to receive, choose your delivery date, and proceed to checkout.

Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM, two days before your desired delivery date. For example, for a Saturday delivery, place your order by Wednesday at 11:59 PM.

Yes, you can modify your order up until the cut-off time. Simply log into your account, go to 'My Orders', and make the necessary changes.

Yes, our minimum order is 2 meal kits. This helps us ensure efficient delivery and reduce our carbon footprint.

You can place orders up to 3 weeks in advance. This is great for planning your meals ahead of time.

Delivery

We currently deliver to Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune. We're constantly expanding our delivery areas, so check back soon if your city isn't listed!

We deliver Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You can select your preferred delivery date during checkout.

Delivery is free for orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of ₹49 is applied.

Our meal kits are delivered in insulated boxes with ice packs to ensure ingredients stay fresh. All packaging is either recyclable or biodegradable.

Our delivery partners will call you before arriving. If you're not available, you can provide delivery instructions during checkout, such as leaving the package with a neighbour or security guard.

Meal Kits

Our ingredients are guaranteed to stay fresh for at least 3–4 days from the delivery date when stored properly in the refrigerator. Each meal kit is labelled with a 'best by' date.

Most of our meal kits can be prepared in 20–30 minutes. The exact preparation time is listed on each recipe card and on our website.

Yes, we provide detailed nutritional information for all our meal kits, including calories, protein, carbohydrates, fats, and other essential nutrients.

Yes, we offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and low-carb options. You can filter our menu based on your dietary preferences.

Basic cooking equipment like pots, pans, a knife, cutting board, and measuring spoons are usually sufficient. Any special equipment needed will be mentioned in the recipe details.

If you receive any damaged or spoiled ingredients, please take a photo and contact our customer support immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund for the affected items.

Yes, you can customize your meal kits by selecting your preferred proteins, vegetables, and cooking methods. You can also add or remove ingredients based on your preferences.

Yes, each meal kit comes with detailed recipe cards that include step-by-step instructions, cooking tips, and ingredient lists. You can also access these recipes online through your account.

Account & Billing

Our subscription allows you to receive meal kits on a regular schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). You can choose the number of meals and servings per week, and you can skip weeks or cancel anytime.

Subscribers enjoy a 10% discount on all meal kits, free delivery, early access to new recipes, and the convenience of automatic deliveries.

Log into your account, go to 'My Subscription', and select the weeks you'd like to skip. You can also pause your subscription for up to 8 weeks.

Yes, you can adjust the number of meals and servings in your subscription at any time. Changes must be made before the order cut-off time for the next delivery.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and going to 'My Subscription' > 'Manage Subscription' > 'Cancel Subscription'. There are no cancellation fees.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Payment information is securely stored for your convenience.

You can update your billing information at any time by going to 'My Account' > 'Payment Methods'. You can add, remove, or update your payment details.

If your payment fails, we'll notify you via email and SMS. You can update your payment information and retry the payment. Your subscription won't be affected if you update the payment within 24 hours.

Yes, we offer refunds for undelivered orders or in case of quality issues. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

You can view your complete order history, including past deliveries and upcoming orders, in your account under 'My Orders'.
